PAYMENTS
For any of our services, you may pay over the phone, by debit / credit card, or at reception.
Cheques accepted with a guarantee card, maximum transaction £100 per cheque.
Deposits:
Camping: no deposit or booking is required.
Bunk barn: minimum charge £20 per stay. £30 non-refundable deposit required for all bookings.
Holiday cottages: £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings, per week of booking.
Terms of trading: Payment for camping, see terms and conditions on our camping pages. Bunkhouse barn and holiday apartment occupancy conditions are laid out in the relevant pages on this website.
Deposits/booking fees are non-returnable, full or part fee refunds may be considered in each individual case if we are unable to meet our obligations under the agreed contract due to circumstances beyond our control.
Debit Cards: No fee
Credit Cards: Minimum payment transaction is £20, the service fee is £2 per transaction.
